Terrible online store for a great product
Wow where do I start?

When you are buying from an official DC UK website you expect a decent level of service and reasonable delivery time right?

Wrong!!!

The warehouse for these goods is in Belgium/France and therefore it adds a lengthy processing and delivery times.

The customer service contact details are there, not a phone number however just an email address.

They won't reply to you though I tried on 5 to 6 occasions and nothing.

It's a tragedy as Dc shoes the product are excellent and I have worn them for a long long time.

Just don't buy them from here, there are plenty of other UK dealers who are in the UK who will dispatch quickly. You will have them in less than a week.

It probably cheaper to ship from China than here!

Very poor customer service and returns…
Very poor customer service and returns procedures! I have ordered 8 items from DC and 2 of them have arrived with damage present on the items. DC expect you to photograph the damage and send them pictures before they will potentially send you a label you can presumably print off yourself to return the faulty goods without incurring costs to the customer. They also take ages to process and ship your orders and to reply to emails. I would advise people to avoid them until their procedures and quality control improve.

AWFUL ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The order has not been shipped for more than a week the customer service is very bad! DO NOT SHOP WOTH THEM, WORST COMPANY EVER NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

Just plain confusion
Ordered a pair of shoes, did not receive any email confirmation until I emailed their customer service asking for one, received an email saying my order had shipped with a tracking number, but when I clicked on it showed a parcel being delivered to Belgium (I am in the UK). They then claimed that because the parcel could not be delivered it was being returned. Email only customer service has been less than helpful. Do not order from them!
*** Update***
They refunded me the price I payed for the shoes, but not shipping, despite them sending it to some unknown address in Belgium

Please be careful when placing orders
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website this afternoon, upon finishing placing my order I received an error screen instead of a screen confirming my order had gone through. The screen literally read BUMMER! Then in a text box that doesn't read properly on a mobile told me the bummer was that it couldn't send me back to the websites homepage

As previously stated the text displayed at this point was unreadable and because it takes so long just for the order to show as placed on their website (over half an hour). It made it look like something went wrong and the order had not gone through so I placed the order again this was not the problem

The problem came after I noticed both orders where now sitting in processing on my account. I quickly went to their abysmal contact us section on their website to find no phone number and no live chat. The only option was an email form that I filled out, explained the situation and sent off, it is of my opinion this is the only system they have for the purposes of the farce I was greeted with next

The reply I received is printed below

Hi,

Thank you for your message.

Our systems have been designed to allow you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility at this stage to modify or cancel your order.
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

If you do not want to receive this parcel, please refuse the delivery when the driver attempts to deliver it.
The parcel will then be sent back to us automatically and, you will receive a full refund.

We thank you for your understanding,

Thankfully I ordered with a credit card and they hadn't just eaten up my food budget for the month but still the very idea that they can't cancel an order with an hour of it being placed is utterly staggering it's not like they are some small time clothing website DC is one of the biggest brands on the planet

Still maintain the actual quality of their products is above almost all others but their infrastructure and customer service leaves plenty to be desired, please be very very careful when placing orders any small mistake will be paid for out of your pocket regardless if it is your fault or not

Absolute rubbish, placed 4 or 5 orders, all of them been cancelled 'not in stock' / 'logistics issues' blah, blah, blah. No chance to speak to customer service. Best way to loose faithfull customers!!!

Have been a DC fan for some years...
Have been a buyer of DC Shoes and clothing for many years, usually from the high street. Due to the pandemic and needing new shoes and some t-shirts I finally braved their website. Since August 2021 I have had 3 orders of varying sizes all of which were received in 5 working days, their loyalty scheme is fair if you often purchase their products and the quality is what I've become accustomed to. There are frequently deals/offers which helps with the budget and all of my orders have been delivered by DPD so fair warning the day before delivery and a 1hr delivery slot (provided you get a driver willing to wait the 60seconds it takes to get down the stairs) I've only had to deal with customer services once regarding a loyalty points issue which was resolved via web chat in under 5 minutes.

One thing to be aware of - Shoe sizes tend to be a bit tight, I've had many pairs of Nets, Graffiks, Pure, Versatile and Stags over the years and I always need a half to a full size up. I often wonder if this is cos Ken Block likes to exaggerate... Another thing to note (which is a bit weird to me) if you order footwear and clothing they will arrive in separate packages. My first order was 3 pairs of shoes and 4 t-shirts, shoes were delivered in a box with ample room spare for the t-shirts, yet they were packed in a separate poly bag.

Absolute joke
Absolute joke. Ordered shoes on 22nd December and appreciated they would take longer than usual. Heard nothing until 25th Jan when I chase it up. They refund me stating "there weren't any available to fulfil your order". So... why take and keep my money???

DC-JOKE
What an absolute joke of a company. Ordered shoes on 13th Jan for my son's birthday on 21st, was aware that they might not arrive in time but would arrive shortly after.
What a joke as they haven't even been sent yet.
Received a shipping confirmation email on the 19th finally until I checked the tracking number to discover that does has not even received my item yet so no possible way have they been sent yet.
Have asked for my money back so I can purchase a pair elsewhere and told no refunds or cancellations so now I have to wait for them to arrive so that I can send them right back and then get a refund.
Their terms and conditions state that they process all orders within 24hrs yet my order wasn't processed until 18th and delivery from Belgium is 7-10 days yet 6 days after I placed my order and they haven't even been sent.
Don't waste your time or money.

Good quality trainers
I didn't deal with their website (bought trainers in a store) but I normally get through trainers very quickly - I wore these a lot and they lasted me very well and were very comfy.

Great price, good delivery time
After reading the reviews i was very sceptical and I thought I wont receive anything. I emailed them a few days after placing my order, they’ve sent me the tracking number and 1 day later dpd local delivered everything in the right size, brand new condition. They’ve even gave me a return label ( return in UK ,not in Belgium)
I don’t know if the delivery address is anything to do with it ( I live in London) but everything was fine.

order was well past the due date
order was well past the due date, tried tracking and only ever saw one update i.e no movement on the package.

i attempted e times to mail customer service via the website and no response at all.

only after searching a phone number did i get in touch. After a couple more days the parcel was deemed to the lost.

i was however offered a refund but i really wanted the gifts i had purchased and promised.

i was quoted "logistical issues when i belive the true story was that one item was no longer available in the size and both items were no longer on sale.

sorry to say im done with DC's
